Denny’s wanted to stand out in a sea of roses and chocolate on Valentine’s Day. So we decided to zig when everyone else zagged, and celebrate a more untraditional relationship.

We created a saucy V-Day card that people could send to their friends, inviting them to become Friends with Bennys. The card was available for purchase via DinerDrip.com and was worth 2 eggs benedict meals for the price of one.

The card sold out in 48 hours ✌️

We ran paid ads on social, as well as dating apps like Tinder.

We created a suite of animated stickers for people to use on social.

We used social listening and surprised people with a card to spice up their Valentine’s Day.

If there’s a single action that screams FWB, it’s sliding into someone’s DMs with a “u up?” So we slid into influencer’s DMs and then sent them a press kit.
